A.  Individualized Professional Development:  CORAL designs training programs for after school staff and delivers on going staff training as needed. The quality of an after school program is directly related to the experience and education of the people who staff and administer the program. Professional development and education enable after school program staff to provide the highest quality of services to the children and youth in their program. Training can also lead to career advancement for program staff and capacity building for the program.

B.  Customized Training, Workshops and Coaching:  CORAL will deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching selected from a list of options chosen by the client or topics that were discovered during an after school program observation and assessment phase. Training sessions and workshops may be presented on site or at a centralized location.  On going conference calls and email support is also available.
